Paul has been serving plan sponsors in Southwestern Ontario as a benefits consultant since 1993. He has been responsible for the management of many of the region's largest and most complex group benefit plans. Paul provides advice on the design, funding and administration of benefit programs. His expertise includes the solicitation of insurer bids, placement of coverage and negotiation of renewal premium rates. Paul has represented plan sponsors at the Management and Board levels, and has participated in labour meetings, arbitration hearings and employee committees. Paul graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree. He is a licensed Life Insurance Agent, and has written and passed many exams sponsored by the Society of Actuaries and under the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist program.
Tracy has worked in the professional services field since 1990. She maintains a superior focus on customer service, ensuring that every client believes they are our only client. Tracy has extensive experience with detailed contract reviews and document comparisons, and advocates client interests tenaciously with third parties. Tracy is currently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist program.
